What this site measures,and what it does not.
We sell control over your data. Being vague about ours would be a poor look. This page says exactly what is collected on this site, by whom, and how to refuse it.
Who processes this data
The data controller is Jengo Labs, Inc., whose details appear in the legal notice . For any question, or to exercise your rights: [email protected].
Audience measurement
We use PostHog to understand which pages are read and which links are followed. The data is sent to PostHog's infrastructure in the United States (us.i.posthog.com).
Until you accept cookies, and if you refuse them, measurement continues without cookies and without a persistent identifier: visits are not linked to one another and no profile is created. A profile exists only for someone who identifies themselves to us.
Recorded: pages viewed, links and buttons activated, language, device type and the country inferred from the IP address. Not recorded: the contents of form fields, or the full IP address.
Advertising
No advertising pixel is active on this site today. The consent mechanism has slots for LinkedIn, Meta and Google, but no identifier is filled in, so those scripts never load. If they were ever enabled, they would fire only after an explicit acceptance, and this page would be updated first.
Cookies and consent
The banner offers two choices of equal weight. Accept and Refuse are buttons of the same size: consent obtained by making refusal harder is not consent.
Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage, under the key jengo-consent. It is not a cookie and it is never sent to a server. Clearing site data in your browser removes it and the banner returns.
How long the choice is kept: six months. After that the banner asks you again.
Booking a conversation
The "Talk about your project" button leads to a calendar hosted by Cal.com. What you enter there — name, email address, company, time slot — is processed by Cal.com on our behalf, to arrange the meeting. This information is kept for three years from our last exchange, then deleted.
Transfers outside your country
PostHog and Cal.com process data in the United States. The site itself is served by Cloudflare from its global network. These transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, written into the processing agreement we hold with each of these providers.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, object to and restrict the processing of data about you. Write to [email protected]; we answer within one month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may raise it with the competent authority: ARTCI in Ivory Coast, the CNIL in France, or the data protection authority where you live.
